I'm your typical mid-50's woman. I love Jesus! I'm married, I have three grown children, two grandchildren, a bernedoodle named Winston and my full-time gig is in the banking industry.

Back in 2019, I was miserable, bitchy and desperate to find something to help. I was at my heaviest weight and would have done anything to for someone to point me in a direction that could kick-start my moodiness & weight loss to get me on track to being happy and feeling like myself again.

A friend of my sister's posted on Facebook that she had been seeing what she called, "her diet doctor." She looked genuinely happy and I was extremely jealous! I messaged her to get the name of this diet doc so I too, could experience the happiness she was exuding.

In 2023 I opted to find a new online provider.  I wanted to be able to conduct my appointments via telehealth. I found a online provider I loved.  At the end of my first appointment Dr. Brooke asked if I had any other concerns and I mentioned that I still had 10-15 pounds I wanted to lose.  She suggested I consider Semaglutide. I researched the benefits of Hormone Replacement and Semaglutide as a combo therapy and was convinced I wanted to add it to my current Hormone Replacement Therapy.  

I have had and continue to have great success with Semaglutide. I continue to research to further understand what it does in our body, how it interacts with our hormones and how we need to utilize our time on Semaglutide to change our lifestyle habits in positive ways to maintain our health and weight going forward.
