If you already know your insurance won't cover weight loss drugs like Wegovy or Ozempic or you don't have insurance, then you can look at their generic, compounded semaglutide options.

IVIM offers five plans where you purchase multiple months of compounded semaglutide at one time. 

• 1 month Program: $200 (requires upfront payment)

• 3 month Jump Start Program (Initiation): $375 (requires upfront payment)

• 3 month Program: $525 (requires upfront payment)

• 6 month Program: $990 (requires upfront payment)

• 12 month Program: $1500 (requires upfront payment)

Regardless of the program you choose to start with, you'll still be expected to pay for the monthly membership of 74.99.

How do I know if I qualify?

To be considered for GLP medications from most providers, you must have:

BMI of 30+

OR

BMI of 27 or greater AND

the presence of at least one weight-related comorbid condition

(hypertension, type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol)

BMI is just one factor in determining eligibility, and IVIM licensed medical professionals will customize a program tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Does IVIM work with Insurance providers?

Yes, IVIM is very specific that they have people on staff who help you navigate getting a pre-authorization on the branded versions like Wegovoy or Ozempic.  If you learn your insurance doesn't cover weight loss drugs or you don't have insurnce, then you can consider the generic, compounded version of semaglutide.  Insurance doesn't pay for the compounded versions.

Can I use my HSA or FSA Credit Cards?

Yes.

Is IVIM Health available in all 50 states?

IVIM is not available in Mississippi or Washington DC.
