My Weight Loss Experience with Joi's compounded Semaglutide

As far as side effects go, I have been a bit nauseous from time to time, but it passes quickly. I've also learned that I need to have food in my belly before I take vitamins.  Taking them on an empty stomach makes me pretty sick for about 30-45 minutes.

My prescription called for 10 units per week, then it was upped  to 20 units at week five and from there every 4 weeks I can increase it again. Personally, I have felt enough from the 20 units that I haven't increased my dosage since the 4th week. I assume that if I up the dose I'll likely be even less hungry and right now my appetite is under control, so I don't feel the need to increase the dose.

The medication really decreases my appetite. I get full very quickly and feel full for a longer period of time. All of those feelings make it easier for me to not eat or not eat as much or as often, so it's definitely working for me.

I plan to stay on the Semaglutide until I lose about 5-more pounds.
