Pharmacy prepares, compounds (if the drug product is a compounded medication), and ships your prescription within approximately 7-10 business days of receiving the prescription.
Step 3 - Get medications delivered directly to your home from MinuteMD's partner compounding pharmacy.
You will be required to pay for all three-months upfront at $249x 3 Months or $747 to get started. If it's determined that you don't qualify, then you can expect a full refund.

How do I know if I qualify?
To be considered for GLP medications from most providers, you must have:
BMI of 30+
OR
BMI of 27 or greater AND
the presence of at least one weight-related comorbid condition

3) The Flat price of $249 per month is really competitive.
What could be better?
1) Although not unusual in this environment of telemedicine for Medical Weight Loss, it's always a bit un-nerving when you have to pony up your credit card for $747 before you even know for 100% certain you are qualified. They do indicate you'll be totally refunded if you don't qualify.
